I am interested in explaining this topic. Let’s turn to the topic.

1.   1. You can maintain your life without water for about 3-5 days. So the water is everything.

 I mean everything in your life.

4. With rinsing clean your digestive tract. When we gain food they stick to the digestive tract. You can understand what happens next.



5. Prevent kidney diseases. Such as stones in the kidneys, Changing pH infections, etc.



6. Clean your blood from poisonous things. Your metabolic reactions make poisonous garbage and they should remove from the body unless you will be ill seriously. The best example is urine. I don’t think you can hold your urine for a long time, especially for men { joke }.

 


7. High level of poisonous concentration becomes too low concentration.

If we drink poison unknowingly and we drink more water we have a lower risk than others.

Why? The concentration becomes low. Make sure you don’t try this

 


8. Helps to weight loss. Water loves you. Why don’t you love it? It has no calories.

9. Prevent constipation. And control blood pressure. If blood pressure increases the water decrease the blood pressure and vice versa.


10. Maintain all of the body functions. Do metabolic reactions optimally. Contribute to distributing nutrients. Water is a main part of the blood.

Nutrients dissolve in the blood and distribute to every part of the body.

 


11. Maintain body temperature at an optimal level. Water has a great ability to absorb a huge amount of heat and, increase a little amount of celsius temperature.

 


12. Helps to memorize faster; think more clearly; boost brain functions; These are related to oxygen transport. If you can memorize faster you can get more scores for the subjects.

 


13. Helps to feel the taste of foods and smell feels so good. Without water, there are no smells or tastes. When we feel a smell that smoke dissolves in the water, transmit to neurons, and gives signals to the brain.

 


14. Help to maintain healthy bright skin. Skin color depends on how much fill from oxygen in the blood under the skin. This is one of the reasons.


15. Energize you; Relax your body. I have experienced this fact myself. This is a proven fact.


16. Help to live longer. If you have a low risk of diseases why do you die early? So I welcome you to, love to water, and water loves you.

 

 

Difference between true and false love

 


Artificial drinks hate your body. They are the same as serial killers. But never forget water, it loves you.

It is a natural gift.

The best drink on the earth is water. It has no harmful chemicals; a powerful moisturizer that hydrates the skin for up to twelve hours. Decrease the number of pimples; No calories let you help to weight loss; Relax you and fresh your body.

Artificial drinks let you help to ill seriously. They have high sugar levels, large amounts of calories, an abundance of harmful chemicals, etc. I can guarantee that sugar makes you cry. Why? what about diabetes. They destroy your beautiful body. 

They make headaches; poisonous blood.

Have you ever heard about water allergies? I never heard.

I also have heard about other drinks have allergies to people. I think you agree with me.

 

you need more quantity of water in these situations,


1. Exercising /doing sports/ more you releasing sweats; Before start exercise drink 500 ml of water. After the end of the sports, drink 250 ml of water.

2. Worm and hot days

3. Especially outdoor for a long time with hard sunshine

4. When you use a long time for AC/ fans

5. When you spend a long time with a hard wind.

6. When you suffering from fever

7. When you spend much time with pc/laptop screens/mobile screens/Tv;

8. Now you are on a digital screen. So go to drink water and come back soon.

 

If you do not gain an adequate amount of water, you may,


Feel uncomfortable; drowsiness;  laziness;

 Dehydrate your nose/mouth/eyes/skin; like ugly desert { joke don’t take this serious}

Get frequently  angry

Your skin will wrinkle.

Feel weakness in physical activities.

 

 

If you drink an adequate amount of water your urine is

 colorless.


If you see it as yellow or pearl yellow, your water intake is not enough. So drink more water.

When you are going anywhere ( school/ class/ trip/ town) make sure you take your own water bottle;

I recommend glass bottles. They are better than plastic bottles.

Drink water before bed; Right after getup; Practice this constantly;

You will never worry.

Drink it unless you don’t feel thirsty.

 

 

How do we take water to the body? ,



By taking fruits/vegetables/milk/tea/orange and natural drinks etc. These items have water.

Year 1-5     -----> 750-1000ml
Year 6-10   ----->1-1.5 L
Year 11-18 ----->1.5-2 L



 
Is it good warm water to drink? 

yes. But if it is a little hot. Don’t drink more hot water. It will harm your mouth and teeth.
