 There are massive powers in the human's mind and thoughts. Among them the most extreme power is spiritual.

How to awaken your hidden powers to make your questions to answers?

Mahesh- the success of our lives we need a strong mind. anybody needs a strong power to win challenges and other sadness. I invite Teenhuff to explain 'how to awaken hidden powers'  

The first, I would like to ask what is the inside hidden power?

Teenhuff- as you told, the human is winning life challenges

and barriers go to his goals. For this, the human can get and get naturally this hidden powers. That is this.

M- what is nature of the inside power? how I know when I'm strong in inside?

T- when you strong in inside you can feel it and in that time you feel a strong confidence and a strong live power.

this power is not permanent. sometimes it gets high and sometimes it gets low. some time that is inactivated.

M- we should know whether inside power is existed and are there any inside powers?

T- I see that there are two inside powers, one of them is got from making the mind and the other one awakens the spirit.

M- the first we should realize the power that making mind.

T- what happens if we do not order to mind? It keeps these. inactive mood, negative thoughts, confusing, pressure, misunderstanding...

the first, positive thoughts should be substituted instead of negative thoughts.

'I can' instead of 'I can't'

'I'm a winner' instead of 'I'm a loser'

'yes, I accept my faults. I forgive me myself' instead of 'I'm a wrong man.'

M- winning some negative thoughts are very difficult, how to do it?

T- 

In this question we can use this method, talking positive things with yourself. It called 'positive self-dialogue'

for example, sometimes we may think 'life is boring and not happy'. when like this time you talk to yourself 'how valuable life is, I love my life, I want life'.

another example- 'I'm lazy today. I don't go to the job today.

if you might think you talk to yourself 'my service is wanted to the world today, I love my job'.

 Do this again and again.

Being this, you can remove deep negative thoughts.

M- We are discussing how to increase our inside hidden powers. how strengthen inside powers are, are there any another methods?

T- Language that we how to use is strengthened us. a pattern of pronouncing and selecting words are also done.

M- you tell the truth. The pattern of speech shows his knowledge, personality, honesty, and civility.

T- I tell you an occurrence that I heard. 

Once an Indian university student had stopped in a hotel. One day one of his relatives came and gave orange. He needs to give some of them to another and got out. 

He saw a beggar and asked him whether need orange. The beggar wanted. The student told 'I throw orange catch them'.

The first orange was thrown by the student, not caught.

The second orange was thrown, not caught. The third orange was thrown, not caught.

Student asked 'why don't you need orange? ' 

The beggar said 'child, come here'

"A man should give a thing to the acceptable way"

How told his words are proud, how strong his personality is. Worshiped him and got his forgiveness.

M- The way, we talk to others is very important.

T- Let us see another example.

A lady tells 'I'm a nothing housewife'. She defeats herself.

She can tell 'I'm a housewife'.

We discussed the attitudes and the language, now discuss behaviors. There are two behaviors. One of them strengthens us and the other one humble us.

Power is divided into two parts. They are hard to power and soft power. For example, Hitler who started the second war had a hard behavioral man.

So what about Gandhi, who helped to get freedom for India was a soft behavioral man. The qualities of honesty, love, courteousness are soft but these qualities also give a massive power to a man.

M- A man behave in a powerful way in the society and he secretly behaves against his social behavior. What occurs at this time?

T- When we doing things, the existence of our heart evidence is a big power. When we against evidence of heart, they weaken us. Protecting the inside power is very important.

M- We talked about the first power, mind power that can be made by us. How about spiritual power.

T- Yes, yes it is the spiritual power. It's the most powerful power the man can awaken. It is not a building mind power or not made by the dedication

. It's a deep and natural born power.

M- Can we use spiritual power in the real life?

T- Yes of course. But it can't use for our desires and anger.

M- Why we need the spiritual power? what is the process of it?

T- Without spiritual power, we can face small size life problems and challenges. But can't solve big problems.

Spiritual power should use for big problems.

I remember Mr. RUDYARD KIPLING the song "if''. 

If you can keep your head when all about you   

    Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,   

If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,

    But make allowance for their doubting too;   

If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,

    Or being lied about, don’t deal in lies,

M- How to awaken spiritual power?

T- Spiritual power already existed in our mind. But it is inactive.

Our thoughts like fear, desires, angers and negative thoughts inactivate the spiritual power.

how we awaken it?

the first step is, close the attension for the outside world and make attension to your inside. Like watching the clouds are flying in the sky, you give attension to your mind and thoughts, see how behave your thoughts. They just jump to onother thought, it happens again and again.

When you search your mind you will see your behaviors of thoughts. You will realize the meaning of life and you will

turn to right life. He strengthens step by step.

M- You mean realizing 'me'/'own' is awaken the spiritual power. Are there any practises that help to this?

T- Yes of course. You can do 'ana-pana mindfulness meditation'

In this meditation, we search our inhalation and exhalation without focussing outside world.

you become a deep mind situation, you are open the Universal Power. With this movement, you have a massive power.

M- How to use Universal Power to face life challenges and barriers?

T- 

When you are near the life problems you opened to that power. So the power activate according to that problems. The power shows you how to face for the problems.
